Learn how to cook classic Myanmar dishes and then take the recipes home with you to recreate the experience for your friends.

Market Tour and Cooking Class
We will take you by taxi or Classic 1940's bus on a tour of the local markets to experience the local way of life and the produce on offer in the local markets of Myanmar. We will provide you with details of the vegetables, herbs and other produce found in the markets for you to take home with you.
Next its back to the hotel for a refreshing drink and then the cooking lesson begins upstairs in the Mindon bar.
You will learn to cook an entrée of a traditional fish cake salad followed by a classic Myanmar curry and a local dessert.

Finish the afternoon with a delicious buffet of the dishes that have been part of the lessons.

Myanmar Cooking Class and Lunch
This lesson begins with a refreshing drink and cold face towel to ready you for the task at hand.
