Mandalay Restaurant, the main restaurant at The Governor's Residence, is located in the original part of this former Residence of the Kaya Governor. Surrounded by the hotel's private tropical gardens, it serves delicious Asian and European cuisine for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

From November through May, weather permitting, enjoy dining under the stars in the hotel's verdant garden.

Between 2:00pm and 7:00pm you may enjoy light snacks or tapas at the
